'My legs were burning today after doing weights yesterday. This was a 20;44 mile ride on an overcast but pleasant morning. I am tweaking my saddle position a little after reading some of Sheldon Brown’s stuff. I raised the cost height about 1 - 1.5 inches I thinks.
